Tbh, i read reviews only from non-famous writers as i dislike very much the way reviews are being written by the "famous" suckers. (who the fck is reading them???)
But what would make me visit a website regarding the reviews would be their imagination! That's the key word for me. Make something fresh and new and please do not copy or imitate those failures who call themselves "Successful and famous reviewers" (i totally dislike all of them!)
For example, write a story about Mount and Blade instead of a review (check mine on steam to understand my point).
Furthermore, as mentioned above, funny reviews (comedy) would catch my attention as well as reviews w/o ghetto language or swearing.
In general, anything fresh and pleasant sells on the internet nowadays.

Don't try to be both serious game "journalists" and funny-men. As a matter of fact don't try to be either, just be yourselves playing a game and talking about it to each other, and hopefully the strength of your personalities and conversation will attract viewers.
The best youtubers/reviewers/whatevers are the ones you wouldnt mind hanging out and playing a game with.
