Yea, ip of the second router.
Edit for explain: Router is a dispositive that inteconnect 2 nets. You have:
Inet -> 1ยบ router <- 2ยบ router -> your lan
That means each router have 2 ips, one in each side. You need to configure DMZ in 1ยบ router to second router, the left ip of your second router.

i rarely made that but some time you need to be in the master output/input (lan 1) to configure and you might be unable to edit a rouyter by using another router so you need to unplug from the second router and plug it in the first, once you done that and edited the first one, you need to plug it back to the second router.
