Steam Account with 100$ shows 50$ - How to sync with steam

I have a question to you good folks. How can you sync your account on steamgift's with steam when you cant verify that you just bought games :) or how long does it take to autosync, im asking for a friend

Good thing I registered some months ago before CiV got the asterisk as it's literally the only game of value in my account. There are some non-bundled steamsale bought games, but they wouldn't even account for $50 value for steamgifts.

If you only like indie games, you probably will never be able to register here. Funny because those are the games mostly given away :D
