Loneliness is a truly ugly feeling. I say feeling because being alone is not necessarily bad. Being alone when one doesn't want to be, that's the ugly side.

Loneliness is an integral part of my life, without it I feel stress, anxiety, overwhelmed and angry. Usually after some hours of interacting with someone, the desire of being alone grows inside me.
