what if someone doesnt have lichdom battlemage that's worth 40$ on the store? on the other hand, he gives me a 5$ game which he doesnt need, so i see no reason why not

In all honesty though, you might have difficulty finding a taker for it, they did a pretty mass give away for it. Odds are you will just be trading for another free game or overbundled title.
