E: Oh I thought you are talking about using a fake address. You can also try from shopandship.com. it's an Aramex site, they will give you one US, one UK, one China address.

VPN for amazon deals? You can buy without VPN.....and if you card is not NA they'll detect anyways that you're not from there. Also during payment process a lot of times you can't do it using a VPN. When using a VPN don't open Steam.

I don't think, because when you pay, you redirect to you bank page or paypal if you pay with that, they have protections, that "protect" you not allowing to buy using a VPN. I never could buy anything using a VPN with any payment method.

But if with the card issue in Amazon you mean they detect is not US, you can't do anything, buy Steam keys only they can't reverse payment because they don't know if key was used or not, if you buy digital download they'll just give you the money back and take the items.

First of all I don't recommend a vpn I'm just asking, second of all I've never heard of this, is this in the rules also i've seen 100+ threads with VPN in it.
