One Question about the HIB 2

Hey everyone! I was lucky enough to win the Humble Indie Bundle 2 (thanks again for the giveaway, Hendo!), but I have a doubt.

I know that Cortex Command is not on Steam, but it will be, and so I was wondering where can I download the game and then get the code to get it from Steam when it's available?

yea thats right, if you only got Steam Code, you will only get the games that activate on steam

Alright, hopefully the code is retroactive, like kijib is suggesting below, so I don't have to worry about not getting it. Is it retroactive?

Yes, but no. In the way you are saying, yes. Once Cortex Command is added to Steam, it will automatically appear in your game list on Steam.

if you pay for hb3 you also get access to it. but you need to pay 6 dollars.

It will get added that's presuming it ever releases on Steam. They're not obligated to do so, and have been in development for a while. They're just barely adding a campaign.

They've been working on Cortex Command for over 12 years. It's the Duke Nukem Forever of indie games.
