As I said before, you're situation was something else. You were given clear instructions on how to proceed, and you flatly refused to do so. Your ticket was closed because you indicated you were "done" with the matter, not because Support refused to help. Should you change your mind at some point, you may re-open the ticket, follow the instructions, and get your re-roll.

Make your intentions clear int he giveaway description, and ask your entrants to give permission in the comments section if you want a re-roll (or possibly deletion).

You will be fine to create it as region free ("None" for restriction), and the key actually works worldwide including the countries mentioned, even if HB says otherwise. Already checked with SteamDB and there is no restriction on RoW keys for the game (Umbrella Corps).

Yeah, i can verify it too. At least in the case of the RU region. I created a GA for the same game which ended yesterday, and the winner was a guy from Russia. After speaking a bit to him i sent him the key, and he could activate it. So works in RU region despite being apparently locked, at least :)
But yeah, for the creator, put in in the description! And that you will reroll it in case of verified restriction

make it invite only and open a thread... then you can pick the people who enter and send the giveaway-link by yourself... best way to avoid this trouble...

It isn't a problem, I just didn't want somebody getting bad advice. The warning from Humble Bundle is pants though and doesn't actually match the keys.

So i want to make an umbrella corps giveaway from hb but it can't be activated in these countries: AM, AZ, BR, BY, GE, IN, KG, KZ, MD, RU, TJ, TM, UA, UZ.
My question is: Do i need to check RU + CIS or None and then write down the countries in the description?
