You're in the right place, but at the wrong time.
That's indeed where you'd find the keys, but sometimes (quite often, actually) the site derps out and won't show anything.
Just check back later and everything will be there again.
If you want some peace of mind while waiting, you can check your inbox, you should have received one e-mail for every won key.

Don't go to the challenges from the menu but click on the big yellow link towards the upper right of the main Indiegala page. It takes you here: https://www.indiegala.com/gameplay-giveaway - allows you to check whether the challenges are open. The 'not enough galacredits' error message also indicates it's closed even though the message itself is misleading.

pre-story: I have been doing this for 2 years so i consider myself a veteran of all the challenges, i have the muscle memory of how to do stuff.
One thing has been bothering me for a while.
Today i decided to do a small investigation (with video recordings), why i can finish some games and have like easy 25 seconds left when trying to get first key with 60 seconds, but i cant do the same as easy when i am given 53 or 46 seconds.
So i recorded videos and noticed, that the first game that has 60 seconds, actually has a slow timer = means real-life seconds are used
then the next one for 53 seconds, timer starts to be a little bit faster
at 46 seconds timer is even more faster.
so my guess is that the 53 and 46 are actually a lie... time flies faster there.. as if they want to put 60 seconds inside 53.. meaning 53/60 = 0.8833 real life second per in-game second.. this gives us actually time of 46.8149 real-life seconds to finish the game

At Christmas time the devs have optimized the game to run smoother which lead to easy cutting grass/chopping trees/mining rocks/gathering roots. (i got 4 keys super easy)
So last week they nerfed the game graphics again - now it feels laggy again (like before Christmas) as if 15 fps and not 60
Hence my recommendation:
60 seconds = do anything you can, you have plenty of time
53 seconds = beans, archers, hoe ground - easy; grass/trees/rocks (requires a ton of clicking) are a bit difficult but doable
46 seconds = only hoe ground (i am only able to do this) with buying +3+4 extra seconds just to be safe
39 seconds = super hardcore, hoe ground, only if you were lucky to get the 3rd key at 46 seconds. +2+3 extra seconds ..i failed this couple of times needing 1 more tile to hoe :P also got key couple of times
P.S. you can call me paranoid if you want but the devs are messing with the game for sure

I am doing it for a few months now but I think you are 100% right. Before I used to get 2 keys easy, now I take one and don't even bother with second one, because i'm always a second or two away even when using credits to bump the timer to like 56-57 seconds.

Before the holiday event the clock ran fine. They started tinkering with it around that time. Since then they made modifications to it a few times but the current situation is the following:
Before your first win the clock runs 20% slower. So the shown 60 seconds are in fact 72 seconds.
After 1 win the clock runs 10% faster. If you have 55 seconds according to the clock you only have 49.5 seconds actually.
After the 2nd (and all additional) win the clock runs 20% faster.
This was discussed in this topic a bit earlier already and also on the IG forums.

one more thing - i think IG ignores the emails about Feudalife keys - i received many times a key that was just a random letter combination(as if written by a troll) - Steam didn't recognize the key at all, nor did steamdb.. asked like WTH is this - never got a reply.
same with another type of key - steamdb recognizes the key is for a game , but i cant activate it - getting "this is not a valid steam key" .. WTH

yep i am totally aware of this rule - which is why i don't complain when the key has been already used.
But since IG gives away such keys that are fake, this means they should also warn the devs who provided the keys?
I mean, someone could have bought the same key and would have to write to the to get a replacement...and gives IG bad reputation

They're not fake. The give away old keys that they're not able to sell anymore, and as a result a few of them may have been revoked or invalidated.

i recently received a key that was in chars like:
6-6-6-6-3 and for sure it didnt look like a steam key of very old format (i got those before and i think all steam keys had 5-5-5 logic or 5-5-5-5-5 for very old ones.

How do you get 4 keys? I can only get one every 24hs. It always gave me 7s malus. If I use 200 galasilver to buy 4s malus, then 3s left and I still have to wait until the next day.

you can buy something from the website to lower your malus - i had some galacredit and bought a DLC - it makes your every malus to be -5 seconds for 24hours
and i got lucky by not buying any extra seconds for 3rd key hehe so i spent them on 4th
and i did it at normal times after Christmas and before recent nerf, where there were less lags

3rd key - i get almost every day, but now i decided to use silver to at least get 3rd key and not spin the whole cycle again (sometimes i ended up with 2 keys and a "i should have bought a couple of seconds" regret)

The problem with the bought malus decrease is that you can't reload the map then. And an easy hoeing map at 14s malus is easier to do than a hard one with like only 55 tiles at 11s. So in your place I'd just reload until I get an easy map, do it at 14s and if I screw up, do another cycle and try again.
I'd rather try hoeing on the easiest maps at 14s 3 times then once on a random map at 11s.

Use the giveaway system on IG. Positive feedback also decreases malus by 2s for 24 hours. If you only have the 2s malus decrease for old account and the 1s malus decrease for the steam group membership then you can still win 3 keys if you are experienced and maybe 4 if you are among the very best.
Hoeing and watering are still easily winnable at 7s malus. Archers are too but you might need some luck in which gates they emerge from. Woodcutting, sickling and rock mining are also winnable at 7s but barely. It's right on the edge.
At 14s malus only hoeing is winnable. If you can run Feudalife without lag it's doable for experienced players.

I have those -3s, but I still have 7s malus and it does not let me play until the next day. What should I do to play for the 2nd/3rd keys? Should I click on "Play anyway" or how it allows you to play for the others keys without buying bundles, etc?

It's just a warning that you are now playing with a malus. Yes, you just have to click on 'Play anyway'. I'm a bit confused why you haven't tried it yet.
And buying stuff doesn't make that warning go away either, it just makes the malus per key smaller.

When you win you can leave a short message and a positive or negative feedback in the 'Completed won' section. Also if no feedback is left by the winner the site will give an auto-positive in about 3 days.
There's also a message box on each giveaway's page. You can write there without winning. It also creates a discussion on the IG forums. The creator doesn't get a notification though so it's not guaranteed that they'll notice it either on the giveaway page or on the forums.

You get the malus reduction for positive feedback that you receive. You have to give a key away in the IG giveaway system and you get an extra 2s off for 24 hours from the point of time your winner leaves you positive feedback.

2nd, yes, it's relatively easy, as long as you don't get the chopping or watering challenge (timing is too tight).
3rd is technically doable with the hoeing or fighting challenge and good RNG, and by "technically" I mean "if the stars align correctly and the freaking crap game actually decides to work correctly, and the site doesn't decide to eat your win afterwards".
