Yes, because developers are the ones who need their games to be beta-tested, so it only makes sense for them to be the ones doing the giveaway, and getting the credit for it.

The reason it is not listed is because it is a free to play game in beta, and this game isn't significant enough to warrant it's own beta listing entry, and as such abides by normal beta giveaway rules, in such that it should not happen.
