How much time does support take to answer a ticket?

I got answered in few hours yesterday(It was Sunday mind you!). Given my previous experience, with so called support on many sites and/or companies, it was fast :)

Had one reroll request pending for 1 month , now got another one pending for ~6days and counting :D Assuming that rerolls should have higher priority , i don't want to think about normal tickets response time :DD

Your first one took a lot of time because it required some deep looking into the winner. The current one is because no one has the heart to tell you he's considered a valid winner.

ST Feedback issues always take exceptionally longer than any other tickets, because there's only one active mod that can handle them, and they're complicated issues.

cg hasn't really gone through his pending tickets in quite some time... been focusing on SGv2

Fortunately, SGv2 will have several more tools in place that will allow support to resolve different types of issues instead of escalating to him.

I have a neg rep on steamtrades from a guy i never traded with sent a ticket its been 2 weeks now without even a response would be nice if there was at least someone to talk to or dedicated steamtrades support

I don't understand. I just received two negative reps from two guys, that also they both are friends. Ive never talked with them till the moment they posted me the bad reputation, and they told me that they will only delete this negative reps if I give them some games.

If nothing else, you could have looked at their profile, seen the lack of negative responses and understand something was done in that time.
