Hello my dear SteamGifts community,
This morning a wild idea appeared in my head while I was still in bed.
What does your parents do for a living?
Yes I know it's private questions and I will fully understand whoever is not willing to share this personal information.
So my mother is a janitress (I thought Janitor was unisex word, well google says otherwise) and she is in a cosy tiny firm and there is not so hard work for her which is nice and my father just recently retired from the local Police department.
Please don't go hard on me for my curiosity :)

Train awaits

Side note:
With this train I will reach 100 giveaways sent :)

My mother's job is to leech of me. :I

My dad abandoned me at birth.

Hey, you asked! :P

Comment has been collapsed.

That sucks :(
Why your mother is leeching you?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Well, she's unable to get a job, due to being various amounts of uncapable. It's not evil leeching, just that I have to support her every now and again.

Not as exciting as it actually seems huh?

My parents are on their elderly pension (which is non-existent in russia) so I along with my two younger brothers provide for them.

Morale? Invest in your children for stock prices could drop, real estate could burn, your government could (and gladly will) fuck you over.

Well good job Russia.
In my country is basicly the same, the elderly pension is so so low that after they pay for medicaments there is nothing left for food and bisic bills

yeah, that's how i resulted in to gaming, which I am thankful for. Instead of grew up as a screw up, it actually taught me many ways in how to overcome things. I am glad the world is finally realizing how gaming isn't just a waste of time if you actually learn things from it. Faster reaction time, better at problem solving, and teamwork/leadership! haha

My dad is a tech support kind of worker for some bank here in the US (although were not Indian, sorry for the stereotype; just thought I would specify) and my mom works in a dental office as the manager.

The stereotype would apply if they worked in call center but in this case I would not even think about it. Thats great jobs :)

Except you aren't sorry, because you went out of your way to perpetuate the stereotype by mentioning it at all.

10 years now :(
So, make them happy or proud while you can and enjoy their company. Invite them to a meal, get up early on sunday and buy a cake or do their garden for them without them having to ask (multiple times...)

little bit tiring, especially that my parents are 50+, my dad has to drive 40 km to work, 80-90 km per day. and I'm not sure how it is in Bulgaria, but in my opinion in Poland teacher work is underestimated. this job is very tiring, especially mentally tiring and salary is not so great. :/

sometimes the worst are not kids, but their parents that are stubborn in their bullshit opinion about how 'great, kind, polite, wonderful etc' are their children and that teacher doesn't understand them :/

Both of my parents were murdered when I was young, leaving me the sole heir to the company fortune. I am cared for by an elderly man when I am not busy moonlighting as a vigilante or ballin' out in the VIP section.
