My dad does Ford car sales, but he lives in another state with his new wife (my parents divorced 8 years ago). He sends child support.
My mom stays home to be on call for my siblings that have disabilities. Two siblings receive disability benefits.
Bonus:
I work at customer service desk at Walmart.
My sister is a manager at a mom and pop ice cream shop.

Congratulations on 100 gifts sent!:)
As far as the jobs of my parents, they are both currently retired.;)
However, my dad was an OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) officer, and after that he worked in the Chatham-Kent Crimestoppers.
My mom was stay-at-home for a while, and she was also a teacher's assistant/aide working with TMRs (I cannot remember what that stood for, but I think they changed the term over the years to be more politically correct).
I personally did not find your question to be intrusive. And I learned a new thing from this thread as well. I never knew janitress was a word either!

My dad is retired and my mum sadly passed away about 10 years ago when I was 21 but my mum was an accountant and my dad owned a company that produced commercial glazing.

Congratulations for sending 100 gifts! But should I be congratulating you, or those who won? XD Haha.
My step-father makes/tests radio units both for military and civilian aircraft's, and my mom does real estate. And I don't find an occupation to necessarily be a secretive thing, it's not really that personal q:

Talking with a woman is not that difficult... it is like playing a game, a sim. dating game.
Women are like men, they can be shy too, somebody has to do the first step and if you are tired to be alone, it is better to be you to do the first step.

Hello my dear SteamGifts community,
This morning a wild idea appeared in my head while I was still in bed.
What does your parents do for a living?
Yes I know it's private questions and I will fully understand whoever is not willing to share this personal information.
So my mother is a janitress (I thought Janitor was unisex word, well google says otherwise) and she is in a cosy tiny firm and there is not so hard work for her which is nice and my father just recently retired from the local Police department.
Please don't go hard on me for my curiosity :)
Train awaits
Side note:
With this train I will reach 100 giveaways sent :)
