You can find tons of hacked Origin and Uplay accounts on the internet, even a friend of mine found a bug in Origin that allows him to change the security question without knowing it, he contacted EA to tell them and request a reward for this bug (which in my opinion is a big security flaw), they said that we won't give any rewards for this.. I didn't have such a problem myself but i suggest to use mobile auth and contact the support to tell them the issue in case they can help.

I'd love to change mine but it's asked in what looks like KZ language on the site.

Though Uplay has received a lot of shit in the past, for me personally is the best client around right now. The team works hard to push fixes every week in order to squash bugs and improve the user experience in every way. Yeah, it sucked back then but they have worked hard and the Uplay client works flawlessly nowadays. The best clients for me right now are:

Oh that's interesting, I don't even remember how Uplay was last time I tried it, I'll try to give it another try some day.
Out of curiosity, where would Epic be place on your list?

Yeah, I haven't seen Steam that had leaks or something, which is actually super good.
About Origin/Uplay... Both get personal info leaked every each day/hour. I know that because I have a Friend who checked that for me plus I have visited few russian/deep web sites and people post accounts there every each day. Can you imagine how bad their securities must be?
The only "good" side from this is that you could actually play games you wanted since you can access other people' accounts without any harm, lol.

I don't go to those kinds of sites. I've learned in the past the hard way. >_<

It was actually some known russian site/forum/whatever. I wouldn't think it was that dangerous. About deep web it was my friend who is accessing sites there as I am kinda not into that.
May I know what happened and what site did you visit?

Origin does have 2FA: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index
I recommend you activate that immediately.

Apart from the Cyrillic, "No trusted device to display" looks suspect to me. I have a list there of my last accessed logins. The whole thing is strange. Needless to say, you need to get that sorted out with support. Fingers crossed.

Seems like you've been hacked but I can be wrong. Out of the accounts I have, Uplay, Origin, Steam, GOG, Origin is the only one that was hacked. I dont use Origin nor Uplay but I have redeemed keys on them. I chatted with EA support, managed to fix it but the Russian Hacker played one of the games and they wont reset the achievements for me. Each time, I log in and see the achievements, it just piss me off.
Chat with the support, get the 2FA up as soon as possible and I've never had that trouble since, but I would not say its the most fullproof step. If have the backup codes, write it somewhere. Also make sure you have the email you 1st register to the site.
Best Wishes, Cruse~

Sounds like you had that account hacked.
Still, I would not really say that Steam is better, considering even Valve admitted at one point that 70000+ Steam accounts are hacked/hijacked monthly… one in around every half minute. By the time you read this message, at least one account was hacked on Steam. Maybe more. Yep, by this sentence, it is at least two now.

Sorry to hear that your account was hacked. It sounds like you were able to get it back, so I'm glad for that. But this can happen with any account on any service - Steam accounts are hacked every day.
Your best bet is to pair a strong, unique password for each service / website that you use and enable 2-factor authentication when possible - Origin supports 2-factor authentication.

So I have a Uplay and Origin (who doesn't these days) account. Had to to play a couple of games.
So I go to redeem my Dragon Age Inquisition key last night and I see that my password doesn't work. So I reset it. All good. And this morning. I get a message that my account can not be accessed by more than one pc at a time asking me to log out. Ok, so I change my password again.
This is not the first time it's happened either. I got a message that it's been accessed in the KZ area. I found that I can get an EA data download so I am having them send it to me in hopes of seeing what's been going on.
Now mind you, I don't use UPlay or Origin all that much. And I have yet to have this happen with steam.
And I foresee that Epic will have just as many issues with assholes from other countries doing this to them as well.
Too many platforms.... Too little security.
And Origin does not seem to have a 2 step login ( which I hate but I am fed up with this happening).
