You're talking about TranStar VR, which is a little VR escape room experience included in the Typhon Hunter DLC. Typhon Hunter itself is a multiplayer prop hunt game. And you won't find many people saying that it is not bad:

According to ITAD it was on max 78% off on Fanatical. Only on HB it has been 80% off before. Also GG deals says that it's a historical low.
It was free on Epic, but I don't count these freebies as lows in case of prices.

It was promoted here on SteamGifts. I remember as clear as day.
That day i plan to purchase that bundle, when i was robbed, and lost all my money, and missed the deal.
