If you made giveaways in the past and didn't deliver (not your case), or had them deleted (your case), then you lose giveaway slots.

Just make "Other" ticket.

Support usually responds quicker to request like rerolling and more giveaway slots, so I say, just make that ticket. Not much else you can do.

Either you made a booboo in the past and lost your slot(s) on a bad giveaway, or you are experiencing a bug, or you lost your giveaway slots for another reason. Which is it?

We can't see that because it doesn't count except to use up your slot.

I don't know why you can't now. Maybe you lost another slot. Maybe all 0s lost another slot. Maybe you're mistaken. Or lying. I have no idea.

I don't want to tell you how to do things here on SG but maybe instead of just clicking the "Create Giveaway" button and then not following through maybe you should have actually done a giveaway or two? After you had done that a bit, you'd have gotten more slots.

I'm going to be the bad guy but:

  • Why keep going on about being able to create a GA a few months ago when it seems to be untrue as far as we can tell?
  • Why assume that support wouldn't react in a timely manner? With important issues I've experienced them reacting fast and with good answers/solutions :)

Just make the ticket and accept the outcome.
That works a lot better than a thread like this, where no-one can do anything but guess.

Thanks. I'm assuming you had different experience with support then. I can only speak for myself and the 4 or 5 times I've need them they reacted within a few days or a lot less even. shrug. Considering the amount of tickets they get and the size of the staff, I'm rather positive about them. And I like how they still have a good sense of humour :P

You start with three giveaway slots, you said you made a giveaway for three copies of Anno 2070. You deleted it so now you have zero slots. Submit the ticket and wait.

get rid of your old tickets and send a new one requesting more slots...
pick the correct category for it. support will reply whether granting you those or just telling you the request is denied.
