SG "wishlist" view shows games I own

Sometimes when I click on

https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?type=wishlist

it shows games I own already. Indeed, those games were on my Wishlist before I purchased them, so that's valid in some sense, but I did check "don't show games you own" in the prefs so I'd argue the more sensible solution would be to hide them.

notes:

yes, account was synced. purchases were last week or more ago, too
yes, it's inconsistent, it doesn't always happen. Maybe because those games aren't always being given away OR because the bug is inconsistent.

It could be some packages? Like you can enter some specific deluxe or complete editions even if you own the game. Does it let you join them? (if yes then that's your answer)

Example would be "Monster Hunter Rise + Sunbreak Deluxe" and "Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition" and there's more

Good things to check but I don't think that's it, here's an example game I often see because of this bug, if it's indeed a bug
