How to remove DLC from Steam when you don't own the game

Wanted to buy Dinos but couldn't because I already owned Dinosaur Hunt and 1 DLC. Removed the main game from library thinking the DLC would vanish along with it, but obviously not. So anyone know a way to get rid of that without Steam support?

That is an amazing script! Do you have that posted publicly anywhere accessible? I could have used this several months ago. :x

Already got a solution elsewhere, just use https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame/?appid= with the DLC appid.
