I'm not sure if there are rules against it, but the chances of someone on a steam games trading website being interested in your trade is pretty low..So I'd find somewhere else. There's a lot of sites that will do that specialize in that kind of thing link

Yes you can, everything goes as long it doesn't include account selling

as long as you don't trade human organs, nuke codes, steam accounts, you can pretty much trade anything. just be sure to stick to trades section.
