Fallout New Vegas Modding Question...

I've been using BOSS to set my load order since I got it a few days ago, and now suddenly, BOSS doesn't want to detect it... I ran the game fine and the only thing I've done to it recently was add the d3d9.dll file that is supposed to help with crashes on Intel graphics... And I just found out, it also doesn't find Morrowind, I didn't even know Morrowind was supposed to be recognized by BOSS...

Anyone know why it would suddenly do this?
