I wouldn't know the particular reason why you were blacklisted but this is what the FAQ on Blacklist says:
How does a blacklist work?
On user profiles, you'll see a button that has a circle icon with a slash through it. Clicking this button will add the user to your blacklist. This means the user will no longer see your giveaways on the homepage, and they will not be able to view or enter your giveaways from this point forward. If the user entered one of your giveaways prior to being blacklisted, their entry still remains valid.

I'd like to start doing this for obvious bot spam comments that I see but it feels like not enough.
Even if I blacklisted every single bot I see so they didn't get a key I donated, there's probably no way I could possibly tag all of them.
It seems like a community effort is needed by humans.
OTOH if we made it too easy it might be possible for bots to also spam bot reports to flood the system.

Yes, it means that you won't be able to join the giveaways of the person who blacklisted you but if you have already entered one of their giveaways your entry stays valid.
Since you haven't won anything yet most of the common BL reasons like not activated wins, not saying Thank you or bad ratio don't apply here and with 3 comments I doubt you said something that got somebody angy so maybe somebody disliked your avatar.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There was an old thread about it... something like The Anti FAQ or What not to do but I can't find it right now.

It means that you are not able to join giveaways from the individual that has blacklisted you and people blacklist for pretty much anything you can imagine, and some things you cant imagine. We don't need to give a reason to blacklist and this is probably all in a FAQ somewhere on the site

^^---- what she said.
As a new user, you should probably peruse the FAQ and Guidelines. Although asking on the forums is fine, too.

Thanks to all who replied! I should read the FAQ more often

As to why, since it wasn't me I can't say for sure, but I suspect it's related to your Psychonauts giveaway created two days ago, the day Humble gave it away for free.
While it may have been a previously-owned copy (I've got two copies sitting around, myself, I hadn't given away yet), and was apparently given away prior to the game being blocked, I know from past comments that there are many people who blacklist folks for giving away free games to receive CV, and this blacklisting may have come from that.

I have been blacklisted and I don't really know what that means. Does it mean I can't join their giveaways? and why would someone black list me? do they have to give a legit reason to black list me or can they do it since they didn't win??
