I don't think it's gone, it happened to me few times.

You have angered Space Cat with your ratio.

This happens to me at least when I visit the site with the android app after a win, as it marks the win as seen so the cat stays hidden.
Chrome (v59.0.3067.9) still shows it.

This happen when you refresh page. Space cat always appears first time.

It appeared for me yesterday and the day before :/ Might not be a problem with the site then but something on your side
