Your best bet is to look for scripts - as for scripts I'm unaware of any which can order your blacklist into a desired order, but maybe somebody else would already have made such a script here.

I can't help, but I would be interested in the same, but the opposite. I would like to be able to order my whitelist from the highest to lowest real CV ratio with group giveaways (created and won) not counted in the calculation.
