My steam is Japanese!

Whenever I visit steam in a web browser, everything is in Japanese. How can I fix this problem?

This happened to me the other day (language went Polish).

Beside your name in the top right is a down arrow. Click that and the third option is to change language. You should be able to find English in there.

This is either your browser/system or your ISP or some Steam setting.
When you go to google.com do you get google.jp? If so, your ISP has given you a Japanese IP address.
