Only games you've earned achievements in count towards your total wins played.
Right now 7 of your wins have achievements that can be earned, and you've got them from 2 so far. If you get achievements in 1 more of your wins you'll be able to join.

I have a question: what about games that are not released yet? I use the wishlist feature to keep track of upcoming games I have vague interest in, and so I have a bunch of unreleased games there. Do they count towards the 100 limit? Since we can't really enter GAs for them?

atm all items on the wishlist are counted towards the total.
For unreleased games, you could always use Follow instead of wishlist.

Hello! I just cleaned my WL down to 99 games, and I would love to join the group if I do qualify.
That said, how is the WL checked? I ask because though I have 99 games there, the counter on the top of the Steam page says "105" -- I believe that happens because of some delisted games (Bulletstorm, Driver 5, Puzzle Quest 2, Game of Thrones) which I wishlisted once, and I cannot see how to remove them now (any hints, anybody?). Well, I guess I could EMPTY my WL and rewishlist everything, if need to be, but I am not sure this would remove them either.
(And there is the strange case of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, which seems to be in my WL when I look here at SG, but it does not show up in the list at Steam. Weird.)
Anyway, please let me know if I qualify, of if I should clean up my WL further.

Don't worry, the Python scripts the group uses are smart enough to tell which games are actually on there and which steam have hidden. :)
You can remove those extra hidden games though via the methods found here.

Wishlisted 100 - Steamgifts giveaway group
Wishlisted100 is a group made for those who want to be sure their games are going to people who really want them. Members are only allowed to enter the groups giveaways for games on their wishlist, and their wishlist can not have more then 100 games on it.
