Can I run Total War Shogun 2 and Fall of the Samurai?

Midrange AMD processor, ATI Radeon HD 4200. (I know, it sucks). I'm fine not being able to run at the highest settings, I just need to be able to run at some settings without crippling lag.

You can input specs there, and it will give you an idea.

I ran shogun 2 on my laptop from 4 years ago (I forget the specs for it) it was pretty slow loading (battles especially) but it ran. I think my laptop specs where comparable to what you have.

I don't think that you'll have a lot of problems with those specs, but Shogun 2 is pretty demanding on the big scale battles.
