They actually have a physical store in LA, so they're not like a shady key reseller. Plus, they've been around since like 2001 or something. They're not the greatest company in the world, by any means, but they are a legal site. They have plans to go international, but have only done UK and China so far.

I dunno. I've been ordering all of my pc hardware from them for the last decade and have never had any problems. My order usually arrives the next day and the deals are insane. They're the best in my opinion.

After you change the location to UK you have no results, so probably not for EU usage :< (but I would like to be wrong)
