tropico 3 gold - cv abusing?

Hi,

one question regarding Tropico 3 Gold. Anyone knows why this is not on the Bundle list, cause the Tropico Trilogy included it and thats on the Bundle list. So when you get a Tropico Trilogy key, but the Giveaway was for Tropico 3 Gold, so isnt this abusing the CV-System? Okay, well you get more than just the game, thats nice..but at the end its abusing the system with a bundle key.
