Nah, never passed those on public CV. I'm stuck in RU/CIS and as I prefer to give gifts and not just some bundle keys (although some bundles have implemented region lock for totally no obvious reason as prices are the same for everyone) - I'm not giving much in public, as it feels like diving into a, pardonne moi, big pile of shit, RU/CIS consists mostly of leachers that are so bad that most doesn't even care to say "Thanks" after winning. Also, I don't like rerolls, and for one public GA I even got 4 rerolls in a row (with following suspends of winners, too bad it won't keep 'em away from SG for too long). So, closed groups giveaways is the only way to have a decent chance that somebody really nice will get the game.
Although regional prices are one of the best thing that happened to Steam (it significantly lowered piracy level, because prices became acceptable, seriously, with average salaries like 300-350$ and food and apartment (especially apartment) prices sometimes (always for apartment) higher, than in Europe who would pay 40-60$ even for a good game?), but region lock without an ability to buy region-free game without violating Steam user agreement - this is worst thing that happened to Steam.
Oh, yeah, and all this people that you've never seen around, but than you discover you're in their blacklist, along with dozens of other people just because you are from RU/CIS region - that's just "wonderful".
About that sent/win 2:1 ratio: it is totally okay to use it while forming your whitelist, but when people use it in common giveaways - I just don't get it, 1:1 sounds totally fine to me, you got a game - you give a game, that's fair :)

It's curious how you decided to pick this particular whitelist recruitment thread to throw a tantrum in, considering:
1) I've only done one whitelist GA so far
2) I say in the OP that I'm not going to make exclusively whitelist GAs
3) One of my requirements to join is 250 real CV in public giveaways, so I actually support people who do make public ones
Anyways, you are on the blacklist and that's where you will stay. I doubt you convinced anyone to stop making whitelist giveaways with the arguments that you had here.

I made a post a few days ago asking for completely detailed information about Real CV and bundled games.
I was informed that 90% is the cutoff for a game to be considered bundled

The bundle list here on SteamGifts does not update itself automatically, so there can be delays for games to be added there. It would change your real CV retroactively if the game was considered to be bundled before you made those giveaways.
With sgtools I bet it's just some caching issue that will fix itself over time or when knsys updates it manually. When you get that sgtools check working, I'll add you. If the Mortal Kombats get retroactively bundled, I will have to remove you. If that happens, you are of course welcome to apply again later.

There was a LOL moment: tried to check if the actual value is displayed on SGTools (did not find it), and noticed a crazy "Borderlands 2 - Psycho Pack (1 Copy) (40$ Total)", this was how I started to suspect there might be Borderlands sale (turned out to be 2K sale) xD

I never planned on making whitelist giveaways, but after thinking about it I liked the idea. Before you all get your hopes up, I'm not planning on exclusively making whitelist giveaways. It won't happen often and there won't be piles of giveaways at the same time. Just occasionally something extra for those who fit the profile.
Do you fit the profile? There's just one hurdle to jump. Read the giveaway description and then you'll know what to do.
Those requirements are only relevant for the application, once you are in I won't boot you just because your ratio changed. What will get you off my whitelist is if you are added to my blacklist, but avoiding that is easy enough. Not breaking rules and common decency will get you far.
Not quite meeting the requirements? There's no rush, I'm not planning on closing this thread ever. Feel free to apply when you are ready.
Edit: Made a Dishonored giveaway, so people at least can check that I didn't forget to add them to the whitelist.
