Kinda surprised nobody mentioned the Mass Effect 2 - Launch Trailer

and Transistor - Reveal trailer (this one is awesome mostly because of the music to me. I always get a goosebumps ;)

Mass Effect 3 cinematic trailer is also great (no ,I am not Mass Effect fan, I loved just the first one D: )

Deadpool has the first trailer since Brink that has made me wanna buy the game Solely based on the trailer. While I enjoyed some of the other trailers listed here, I generally bought the game for other reasons. (Series loyality, reviews and such.)
