Hey guys, I need your help.
I created a giveaway but the winner couldn't redeem it because it said it wasn't available in his/her country. Can anybody help me? What could we do so he/she can redeem it?

If the key is region locked then you shouldn't have created the giveaway in the first place. It's strictly against the site rules to do so. You can ask support here or Steam Support for help. Don't re-roll the giveaway as that isn't fair for the actual winner

The winner could use an Proxy/VPN to activate the game. I did the same with Sniper Elite V2. :D
