Question: Amazon.com and being in the uk and regions

Amazon.co.uk is nothing like amazon.com in terms of deals/games what you can buy and what you can not.....

Basically i like some of the deals on .com site, could i buy from them digital wise and get keys to use on steam or does that create issues.

Is it allowed etc.
