To be honest, it's neither like football nor driving. I probably wouldn't have played this game ever if it wasn't gifted to me by a friend. That being said I think curiousity and maybe somebody you could play with (alternatively I'd eventually volunteer for the winner) should be enough for the start. In the end, it's up to you wheter you apply. Altruism is a nice thing but Rocket League is fairly good as well.

So I decided to add 10 lucky people to an invite only giveaway of Rocket League.
Posting this in the forum, I'm confident that it won't land on some account unplayed.
