So many to choose from, but if I think about which game I spent the most hours on: Left 4 Dead 1
Great characters, great gameplay, modded servers with 10vs10 were huge fun. I think I spent about 2500 hours on that game.
And the interaction and dialogue between Louis, Bill, Francis and Zoey! Never been bettered. :)
Bioshock Infinite would be my 2nd best game.
Mass Effect series the third best.

Sensible World Of Soccer 1996/97 and Formula One Grand Prix, both for Amiga.
