I remember playing a typing game in my elementary boarding school where you play as a fox and shoot arrows or bolts or something as you type completed strings while a bear approaches you in order to push it back. I think the bear upgrades to a tiger and moves faster at higher levels.

You just don't have a fast enough wpm to see evolution at work. I hit 350 wpm and grew wings and laser eyes.

Type-To-Learn 3 was soooo elementary school.

sarcasm aside, I think it actually helped my typing. But it's kinda sad that everything's about zombies nowadays.

I remember getting the free version of that game. I really wonder what makes this one so special they have to make the price at $19.99.

$20*
... it's on sale at 50% off

It looks interesting, but not $10 worth of interesting, and certainly not $20 worth of interesting

Edited the price.

They didn't add much to warrant the price tag for sure.

The PS3/Wii game is also included.

If you mean "Full and faithful port of the original PS3 edition of HOTD included in game", then it's still not worth the price tag. That game does not cost much.

until this halloween sale I hadn't realized they did a new installment of the Typing of the Dead franchise. if I recall correctly the old game showed the protagonists with keyboards strapped to the front of their bodies or something.
