Also you don't own a single game in your account nor the account itself, access is granted to YOU, licenses are given to YOU and access to it, only to YOU. You can't sell what isn't yours to begin with, it's Valve property. :D

Accounts aren't transferable, licenses neither, if you want to legally sell it, you would have to ask every single publisher from the games in the account if the license can be transferred, since Valve permits it as platform owner, it's a dead-end.

You can argue all you want, doesn't mean you are right or in a safe position.
