Mafia II Car tuning help

Okay I have the Jefferson Provincial car in Mafia II. The only problem is how do I tune it up all the way. I did the basic tuning and now it says "fully tuned", but I know it's not fully tuned beccasue there are 2 more engine tunes. Please help me.

on chap 4? i dunno if you already got it but... you will get the last ones like in the end if i'm not wrong
