Watch Dogs: Help me understand the game contents, please

Hi guys, recently i won a copy Watch Dogs Digital Deluxe Edition

It came with 2 uplay different codes and redeemed with the following:

  • Watch Dogs Deluxe Edition
  • Watch Dogs Deluxe Edition Exclusive Content

I was able to google the contents of the Deluxe Edition, but i was not able to found what exactly came with the Exclusive Content.
Is it some Pre-Order Bonus for the Deluxe Edition?

And comparing to the Season Pass, what i'm missing?
The T-Bone Campaign and the Conspiracy Mode? Anything else?

Its just a deluxe dlc to get the deluxe content
