SGTools problem

Edit: Leaving this thread up in case somebody else have similar problem, but at the time I'm just leaving it for a while and I'll check if it fixes itself :P if no I'll try to contact somebody

Hello!
So earlier today appeared some kind of problem I didn't have before and its terryfying :O

Of course I understand what it is, but I didn't win anything for 3 weeks and I didn't change my account settings and I checked - everything is public! The only giveaway that can be considered as unactivated is "Half Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax Ultimate Boy" which I've never get the key, because creator said 'he thought he had a key'

Can anybody help me understand what happened and what can I do with that? I didn't have any problems with SGTools and this requirements before

Aaand we have first person blacklisting me for this topic :D

Did, didn't work :/ but it was loading forever so I'm actually wondering if problem isn't with sgtools itself

Yeah, it's a bit on the laggy side, but let it sit a while and it should finish.

Good to know, I didn't see any 'contact' option on sgtools so knowing who can help is very helpful :) But yeah I will just wait and sync again ang again and see if it helps :) thx!

SGTools does sync automatically but when Steam is down or is having connection problems (and we all know this can happen) during the same moment SGTools syncs then this problem can happen. In most circumstances a manual SGTools sync (http://www.sgtools.info/sync) solves the problem.

The thing is that manual syncing only helps if Steam is fully working again.

And the site I mentioned is the official SGTools thread on SG. ^^

Ok now it works, yeah it had to be problem with sync and had to wait just through problems :) still many useful informations for future, thx!

try try again... --- like tzaar said, let it sit a little while and try it again, then again.. eventually it will work itself out.. it was/is likely just trying to sync while steam servers are finicky which causes issues.

Yea I'm having issues with SGTools this morning too. :/
Created a support ticket and they let me know about that thread LostSoulVL mentioned above.
