Images title not converting HTML entities

Noticed a couple of days ago and I think this has been introduced recently, as I don't remember ever seeing it before.

Example:

This is "how" it should appear

For links it's possible to workaround

Not for images, though.

Previously, you could use punctuation in images hovertext just fine. The OP's point is that we haven't been able to for perhaps a week or two now. It's a rather recent change to something that has historically worked on the site without issue.

Info like that is always useful; I wouldn't mind an actual fix, though.
At least we're getting some visibility bumping in with this. ^.^
