You can not have enough CV. If you get 50, all the games you want will have 100 or even 200 cv requirement. If you get 1000, you'll notice that those with 100 have too much entries and you want into the 2000 tier. Guess what - there's 5000 too. It never ends.
The solution is to not care about cv, one way or the other. Give games because you have a game and you think someone would enjoy it. Every other reason is... well, other.

8, 25, 30, 30.01, 31. Not yet reached 50, 100,...and now it really doesn't matter.... even up to $1000?!
