You did the right thing. Just tell the second one to reroll, and don't accept the win.

I was the second giveaway creator and I think I could have rerolled just fine without permission in this case. One of the valid reasons for rerolling seem to be that the winner already won the same game previously or has the game already in their library. I pretty much put a reroll request right away when I noticed the previous win and the game in their library, but I do think the winner leaving a comment where they support the reroll is always helpful.

Okay so here's the situation. I won a copy of Duke Nukem Forever exactly 21 hours ago from the time i am typing this. And i just found out that i won another copy of the game about 30 mins ago. I didnt have the game yet when i joined the second giveaway, which was hosted a few days ago. I've already requested the gifter of the second giveaway to reroll but im not sure how it works. Do i have to contact support for this issue or it will all be resolved once it is rerolled? Thanks for your help guys!
