4 puzzle 5 giveaway

the first puzzle is too easy i think every one of u can solve it

first hard puzzle is

DDDFFFFDGADGAFADVVAAFFFGGGGAGF and the cipher key is 123456 this is a 6x6 matrix
a second key is to be used after deciphering this matris and it is "evrybod"

After you find the word i'm looking for you should right it as [http://tinyurl.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]()
and enter

Our second puzzle is

AGAGADDAFGGAVFFDXXXFVFAVAFGFGG and the cipher key is 156324 this is a 6x6 matrix
a second key is to be used after deciphering this matris and it is "evrybod"

and the last puzzle is

did you notice that i've used only 6 letters while encrypting?

Firstly, thanks for the giveaways :D

Just a question.
Does one need to have deciphering skills to solve them?
I googled some stuff but I keep feeling that I am either not digging deep enough or I am digging too deep.

May I ask a small question? Is the length of the tinyurl string EXACTLY equals to the number of "x"s in the example? Tinyurl do not generate that long strings generally.

they are not equal.

and it's a custom url so yeah they can be long :)
