Bioshock Infinite - Season Pass and Nuuvem

I'm curious, has anyone bought the BI Season Pass from nuuvem?
When I'm trying to add it to the basket This product is not available for purchase in your region. (Belgium) pops out.
That's why I wonder if there's some kind of region lock or should I just proxy/vpn and buy it.

Had the same thing coming up when trying to buy a Civ BNW for a friend. Seems like they are locking up...can't say if it goes for all games.

Look up how to use SteamDB here, look up if there is a season pass retrail (BR). If there is one and it's restricted, I wouldn't try to buy it. Otherwise it's just blocked by nuuvem.

Will do, cheers. It appears that there's only ROW and RU. Guess it's only nuuvem blocking the sales.
