Depends on what screen appeared before that. If I could skip the previous screen with Space, my first choice, I would hit Space again. If I couldn't, I would naturally hit Enter next, then Escape.

If I couldn't skip the previous screen, well, then I hit Pause Break.

In Soviet Russia you dont press the button, the button presses you.
