On amazon it will be region locked I recomend to you buy a AMD radeon gold reward promo (from ebay or so) for about 20usd and u will get SR4 + 2and another 2games of your choice. (new Thief one or something which interest you).

You will require a Brazil IP to activate the key. Here

Do not buy Deep Silver games from Amazon either unless you're willing to use an American IP to activate. DS is aggressive about region locks.
