I've noticed that 'Use by X' and 'Trade by X' stuff be off by a bit before. Most of the time, it seem to be an hour off. Time zone / Daylight Savings errors, I assume.

Gaben does not want you to trade it, yet. It is His will and you shall not question it on 3rd party website! Everything is all right, all praise Gaben! No problems occur where steam is involved!

7:01 is not an hour after 7:00

I had a coupon that lasted 1 day after it's expiration date but couldn't use it, so don't be surprised :3
