well, bought the bundle and received only 26 keys.. O.o what's wrong? happened only to me?

I notice on gogo/otaku that if I view my keys too soon after I place the order, before I receive the email from them, it's missing keys. So maybe try to go back and check it again now.

I just bought the x5 pack but only got x4 keys for most games, x5 keys for just 12 of the games. Not the same exact games you had problems with, either. This discrepancy was both in the email and on the site... so we'll see how this ends up. I will wait a while and if they still don't appear, I'll e-mail the support. :)

thanks for the updates, for what concerns my single purchase still I didn't get any key so I mailed them waiting for some kind of answer.. anyways it seems that this bundle's giving to many players some problems :P

well mate, I got just 26 ouf of 36 keys here so I can get you.. I think that everyone has had some issues with this bundle =\ many keys duped/already activated, and most of all as happened with us, around 10 keys never even delivered.. I'm still waiting some answers from gogobundle =\
the strange/funny thing is that my non-received keys are different from yours.. for instance I did receive all the Arcball games, Stretch etc., but I didn't receive let's split up, bitcoin, bear football, loptice and many others..

Did you check page 2 of your codes list ?
They're spread across 2 pages if you're getting them from in -browser
First 20 codes are on page 1.
To get all codes in one i would just download the all-in-one csv file from the "download serials button" in your account.
This one should be at the top of your recent orders in yr account.
Though even the downloaded file is in a very user-unfriendly format.
It's the main thing that really bugs me about otakumaker/go-go bundles .

yeh ,that page shows each individual numbered order ,past and most recent at the top.
So there's a few ways to do it ,either open it from the order no. on the far left or download the serials.
But the other way i mentioned before is to go to:
https://www.gogobundle.com/account
and click on the 'serials' button on the right (it has a key icon)
Then you will see the list of most recent keys starting from page 1 and if you are looking for more from the same order no. you have to go to page 2.
I think sometimes the way you mentioned gets bugged and it doesn't always show a full list.
I had the same problem ages ago when looking from the "cid page" ,it was fixed after i emailed Bach about it.
It sometimes has a problem with an extra long list of keys like those 33 games bundles..
Sometimes i would just right-click and copy all the keys from page 1 and then page 2 with the same order no.
The "download serial keys" button wasn't there a while back ,it's something that was added ,probably after people complained they couldn't see all the keys.
Now i just download the csv file and open it in 'notepad ++' ,you can then tell straight away if you have all the keys because notepad++ numbers very line in the text file on the left.
Mine had 72 lines ,so i knew all keys were there.
I also saved a copy as a text file for easy editing/deleting.
Anyway ,Bach really needs to sort out GO-GO and Otakumaker , just not user-friendly at all.
A few peeps have mentioned to him before in various places but nothing major has changed yet .
A bit like Itch .io ,some website owners just plough on doing things their own way and that's it.

The problem of this bundle is Fallen Cube seens to be a bad batch of keys
About the missing games ... are you sure? When is too many keys normally it doesnt show all in the mail is necessary to open the message in a new tab

Seems that people have problem with this bundle, as I can read in upper comments. Anyway, not getting whole bundle for just 3 wishlisted game. Hopefully will get those as leftovers from groupsbuy or steamtrades. Or even better maybe those appear soon on cheap ru websites... :)

guys sorry to bother you, my fallen cube key (given away here, I've already reviewed and played it on Steam months ago) was dupe too; they answered my first mail giving me all the keys I was missing, but today as the giveaway ended it turned out as I wrote that that particular key was dupe.. I wrote again to them for this to them but have you resolved in some other way? thanks!

I think people wrote to their support team and requested another key.
I bought my bundle from Manueluis and he sent out replacement keys for everyone.
If you need a quick replacement key for Fallen Cube (for your giveaway) I can give you mine, I already have the game.

I did the same one hour ago, so I think I'll wait for an answer from gogobundle since they sent me a dupe.. if the problem has been solved through mail I think that in one day everything will be ok, I don't want to bother you right now :') you've been extremely kind! If they aren't answering/giving me a good key in a day I'll write to you again for my giveaway! overall, it's ended just one hour ago so I think it's good to give gogobundle some time, all in all they answered giving me the other keys in a day too =)

For those who still experience problems with the Fallen Cube dupe key, I just wrote again to gogobundle's mail and they provided in some hours a new key always through e-mail so luckily it's ok =)
