I won a game but the key doesn't appear.

I recently won an game but when i gonna get it into my account, the key is empty. (Sorry for my grammar)
Is anything that i can do?

Wait up till 7 days, the winner has to manually make the key visible to you.

If you just won it, then wait a bit since the giveaway creator has to manually send you the key by clicking a button
