Suck it losers, 40Mb/s, around 3.5-4.5 MB/s dl.
But seriously, I feel for you both. I used to have around 125-250kb/s, and a 3GB a month cap, lol.

@OP I think it is just a glitch with the Origin downloader.

I have to live with the same speed as duality, whilst not at uni because "we live too far from the nearest internet exchange"... Bullshit. It's just the internet companies don't want to pay out to upgrade their crappy ADSL infrastructure.

And, yes it is awful. At uni, I get ~5 times better speeds at peak times, in halls.
